As part of its 2025 recruitment drive, SriLankan Airlines is inviting applications for the position of Business Systems Analyst. Being the national carrier of Sri Lanka and a vital stakeholder in the aviation sector, this serves as an excellent opportunity for specialists in IT systems analysis, business process streamlining, and enterprise application integration to be a part of an agile workforce with global linkages. The functions of the Business Systems Analyst include evaluation of business processes, precise delineation of system modification needs, and interfacing with various departments, vendors, and consultants to implement appropriate technological changes. The selected candidate will be expected to ensure that tactical developments adequately translate into technical solutions while system developments are done in meeting the strategic requirements and vision of the airline. Candidates holding a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Information Systems, Computer Science or related disciplines, together with experience in business systems analysis or software project coordination should apply. The applicants must possess strong analytical, written and oral communication, and documentation skills. Prior experience in the travel or airline industry would be beneficial.
