Financial Responsibilities

  • Attend to petty cash and S&T services accounts
  • Prepare vouchers for monthly payments
  • Handle payments for utilities
  • Maintain cashbook and process cheques

Record Keeping and Reporting

  • Maintain registers for consultancy, equipment, etc.
  • Prepare financial statements and progress reports
  • Reconcile bank statements

General Administrative Support

  • Assist in organizing conferences, meetings, and functions
  • Maintain NASTEC vehicle files and handle rental agreements
  • Assist in recruitment processes and maintain files

Office Operations

  • Operate office equipment and handle incoming/outgoing mail
  • Maintain leave registry, attendance, and handle stationery items
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety of office premises

Additional Responsibilities

  • Dispatch letters, faxes, and emails to other institutes
  • Handle any other functions assigned by senior staff
