With the open recruitment for the year 2025, The Insurance Regulatory Commission of Sri Lanka (IRCSL), which is the recognized government body regulating and overseeing the activities of the insurance sector, is inviting applications for the posts of Executive (Supervision) and Executive (Actuarial). The major duties of the Executive (Supervision) include monitoring insurance companies for regulatory compliance, their operational inspections, and general health certification of the respective insurance market and its players. Candidates who are eligible for the Executive (Actuarial) position are expected to hold a degree in actuarial science, mathematics, or statistics.
